Registration Info

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION:

Please use the online registration form to register for the conference, the conference fee will be invoiced via email. If you have any difficulties with registering online, please email full details to gisca16-info@aca-giscience.org.  When you intend to present a paper, make sure you submit your abstract in time!

Registration fees:

  • KGS 1000 for participants from Kyrgyzstan (full registration fee) 
  • US$ 25 (>Euro) for participants from Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan 
  • US$ 80 (>Euro) all other countries

The conference fee includes conference materials, access to proceedings and breaks / socials and can be paid by wire transfer or in cash on site. 

Undergraduate and graduate students can be registered without fee with high quality papers. Discounted conference fee can be charged to young scientists presenting research papers.

Fees for participants submitting papers for publication have to be received until March 31, 2016 based on the invoice issued upon acceptance of paper. At least one registration per paper is mandatory!
